Every signature on SignVow is encrypted, audited, and legally defensible.
Documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your PDFs never touch an unencrypted disk.
Every action is logged: who viewed the document, when they consented, what IP address they signed from, which browser they used. Timestamped and immutable.
Every uploaded PDF is SHA-256 hashed at upload time. The hash is recorded in the audit trail so you can prove the document wasn't tampered with after upload.
Documents are stored on AWS infrastructure in the UK. Your data doesn't leave the country unless you want it to.
The signing experience uses zero analytics cookies, zero tracking pixels, zero third-party scripts. Your signers' data stays between you and them.
Electronic signatures via SignVow are legally binding under the UK Electronic Communications Act 2000, EU eIDAS Regulation, and US ESIGN Act.
